Lying to myself by Melrue

Lying to myself

I’ve told people
Told people that have their own problems
l thought l could get a shoulder.
I thought l could get a room from those sleeping outside.
I was lying to myself
l thought l would feel l have more than l do.
I never lied to those l told but to myself
I’m honest to others, l say it all even what is meant to be kept a secret,
But l lie to myself.
